Please check the conditions carefully before moving in. In particular, please note that there are some differences from the one-room apartment rental, such as shared house conditions (shared use of kitchen and bath) and holding events in the share house.

Please check the "weekly job" tab for details such as cleaning every week in which the residents take turns.

The amount varies depending on the size and shape of the room. All rooms are air-conditioned.

In addition to rent, there is a management fee of 2,000 yen and a elec./water/gas/Internet fee of 10,000 yen, and nothing else.

It is fully equipped with bicycles as well as household appliances. Please use it carefully.
